Support Volunteers Within the "Group" exists a group of members Who are dedicated to giving help and comfort to both patients and partners. The Volunteers have all been through either operations, heart attacks, angina etc. and their partners have been through the stress of waiting to see the outcome. The one thing that must be made clear is that the volunteers ARE NOT QUALIFIED to give medical advise. If you or your partner has a problem then rest assured that one of the volunteers has had that problem, and will be able to offer advice either by a phone call or a home or hospital visit.
